I have to buy my mom her birthday present too which is shocking because her day was on the 18th of November ARGHHH Could her offspring have been any worse :)
I need to have some God time too I am listening to the Third day offerings Cd's at the moment, and let me tell you if you have never heard third day well you are best off starting with the offerings cd's they are BRILLANT just so draw you into the presence of the Almighty.

Reality is a sad sad sad thing!
The oprah show is airing the sex workers that get trafficed from the age of 12 it is disgusting what happens to these girls!
Getting burnt with cigarettes and beaten and almost choked to death if they do not do the gross things that these disgusting men are asking them to do...
It makes me ill, it makes me sad, and it makes me not even want to watch.
But by running away i lock myself in my comfortable first world cucoon and am oblivious to the heinous acts that are commited every second as we live in peace, health, wealth and fatness!
Think about what happens beyond this complacent first world bubble
Pray for these little girls and boys that are being Grossly abused.

What an inspirational show, it was AWESOME look at this woman if Suzie can do it, and she did THEN WE ALL CAN!
Ce Ce Winans has been a huge inspiration to me over the years, she has the ablility to draw anyone into the presence of God by her music and she is definately used by God Almighty to do amazing things to hearts through the beautiful gift of her voice.
Thank you God and Thank you Ce Ce for allowing God to use you.

I think far too often i get caught up in the world, and the things of it, it seems so easy to do because it is right there in my face whereas God is right there but more mysterious and i have to draw near to Him to feel Him drawing Nearer to me...
Romans 8:5-11
For those who live according to the flesh set their mind on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
For to be carnally minded is DEATH, but to be spiritually mindes is LIFE and peace.
Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.
So then those who are in the flesh CANNOT please God.
But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.
And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is LIFE because of righteousness.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
Feeding the flesh is a bad bad thing, and by dwelling and focusing on lustful thoughts, jealousy, angriness, slothfulness, being lazy, getting annoyed and being offended, and the list goes on just puts us on the path of drawing away from God.
All this stuff is fleshly thinking and dwelling on it is going to make you fall so far from God so fast you will be surprised when you even realise it happened.
Dwelling on Gods word on the other hand will help you to stay foccused, to stay away from that kind of thinking and cause your Spirit to grow, to be come SO STRONG and to be able to beat all of that stuff out of your head!

You know living life backwards really sucks because there is always going to be a better memory, because everything looks better when its not yours anymore! All the times Back THEN were good weren't they? Even the poorest memory seems better than the moment that i have now at times, i was younger, i seened smarter, i seemed more on track, i seemed to love life, well HELLO WORLD lets live the moment we have not and let go of stuff like "The life of no commitments back then was so great and stuff seemed SO GOOD, or gee life in Africa was so sweet time just slid by oh so lazily, or man how good was it on that holiday we went on that time..." Always looking back and wishing i was Back THERE, or doing that or enjoying THAT time! Well i am SICK of looking back on "how good it was then" I wanna live in this moment! JUST DO IT...
